Location
In-person sessions take place at a private and secluded stone cabin in south-west Cornwall named Skovva (Shelter), set in a peaceful, rural setting. Easily accessible from Falmouth, Truro, Penzance, Helston, Redruth, and St Ives.
I also offer online psychotherapy across Britain. For remote sessions, clients are asked to ensure they are in a safe, private space where confidentiality can be maintained.
Session Structure
Sessions are 50 minutes in duration, held at a consistent time each week/fortnightly to ensure continuity and stability in the therapeutic process.
Fees, Pastoral Provision & Contracting
The standard fee is £85 per session. Following an initial consultation, a formal therapeutic agreement outlining practice terms, cancellation policies, and administrative terms is provided prior to commencing ongoing work.
To ensure this work remains accessible, I offer a sliding-scale for people navigating financial or vocational restriction. If fee restriction is a barrier for you, please indicate this in your initial email. (Suitability for this depth of work remains the primary consideration).
All client communications, records, and personal details are handled in strict confidence in compliance with UK GDPR data protection standards.
Emergency & Crisis Support
This practice is strictly therapeutic and is not equipped to provide acute crisis or emergency psychiatric intervention. If you are experiencing an immediate crisis or feel at risk of harm, please contact your GP, call NHS 111 / 999, or present at your nearest A&E department.
